Doesnt work

Purchased a magazine subscription several months ago, only magazine it let me download was from Feb. Sent an email to the magazine, and was able to get Sept. Has been well over a month and still no magazine has showed up for download (Oct has been out for weeks now). Worst $20 Ive spent for some time.
