Constantly Crashing

After the app was installed it worked well for few days, then it started to crash. I attempted to contact app support but they advised me that they were not responsible for support and suggested to contact apple tech. Support. Apple tech. Support advised that they were not responsible either. Great magazine but no one can help with the crashing and downloads. Both tech supports should work together.
